The City of Long Beach, Washington is seeking qualified applicants for the position of full-time Utility Maintenance Worker. The primary function of an employee in this class is to perform unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance, repair, inspection, and service work in City parks and public areas, including equipment, machinery, irrigation systems, and structures; perform semi-skilled maintenance and service work on City streets, rights-of-ways, and underground utility lines; operate medium to heavy duty equipment, carpentry skills are preferred.  All functions are performed under the supervision of the Parks, Streets and Drainage Supervisor. The position has a salary range from $2,961 to $4,447 per month depending on experience.  The City provides a generous benefits package.
